Visit to the Endangered Animal Rescue Sanctuary

This video is from our homeschool group’s trip to EARS, which stands for Endangered Animal Rescue Sanctuary. Located in Citra Florida, EARS is a not-for-profit organization that exists specifically to provide permanent homes for unwanted and/or abused endangered animals. Robert Ripley created Ripley’s Believe It Or Not in 1918. He was a cartoonist, explorer, reporter, adventurer, and collector, who sought out the odd, unusual, and unexplained. Rockefeller Center Ice Skating

Since January is National Skating Month, I want to share some videos and photos from our day of ice skating at Rockefeller Center in Manhattan. The Rink at Rockefeller Center was constructed in 1936, after Nelson Rockefeller found a new system that created artificial outdoor ice skating. It was an immediate tourist attraction and has become one of the most famous ice skating rinks in the world.
