My family and I decided to go out to eat for Thanksgiving this year. My husband & I have been so busy trying to build up our business that we really needed some down time, and preparing and cooking a Thanksgiving meal was not what we wanted to do. Hot Apple Cider

Perfect for a nippy autumn day! 🙂 Hot Apple Cider: 8 cups apple cider 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 cinnamon sticks 1 teaspoon whole cloves some orange rind Mix apple cider and brown sugar together in a pot. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Put cinnamon sticks, cloves, and orange rind in a spice bag (or wrap in cheese cloth and tie with string). Put the bag in the pot. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
