Your Family Will Love These Cute Acorn Cookies

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you enjoy your day with loved ones and good food. Last month I spotted these adorable acorn cookies at my friend Debra’s blog and I decided to make them for Thanksgiving. They were really simple and my family loved them!

What you’ll need:

  • Bag of small round Nutter Butters
  • Bag of Hershey’s Kisses
  • Bag of chocolate chips (we used milk chocolate, but you can use dark or semi-sweet)
  • Two plates

ingredients

Assemble your items and unwrap at least 10 – 12 of the Kisses.
Microwave one of the plates until it’s hot. We did ours for 2 minutes.
As soon as the plate comes out, get ready to assemble them quickly.
Press a Kiss on the plate until it melts slightly.

chocolate

Press it onto one end of the cookie and hold for 5 seconds. Do several more and let them sit off to the side.

Then move on to the chocolate chips. Use the same technique to press them on the other side of the cookie. Place them on a clean plate when you’re done.
